We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Rebound on Android devices you own, for private entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the game or its assets, except where the law explicitly permits it.
The game is free to play and supported by ads. Optional one-time in-app purchases (for example, a stage pass that removes ads within a specific stage of the game) are available through Google Play. Each stage pass applies to the stage it names — future stages of the game, if released, are separate content and may require separate purchases. Payments, receipts and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's terms and refund policy.
You may not use cheats, exploits, automation, or modified versions of the app, and you may not interfere with the app's operation or its services.
The game, including its code, characters, art, animations, and sounds, is owned by the developer or used under license. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be required to keep playing. Features described as "coming soon" are not a commitment to deliver them or a promise of any particular date.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app content in the twelve months before the claim.
Use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
